Aidan and Carrie are NOT communicating!!!! It’s killing me… she’s all smiles and living in lala land, but I think this is more casual for Aidan as he’s going to work harder to protect his heart this time.. just wait, I think Kathy’s gonna want him back in the season finale.

Carrie and Aiden had to pivotal run-ins. Season 5 SATC on her way to meet then boyfriend Jack Berger on a movie date, she runs in to Aiden as marsupial dad with the infant strapped to his belly. We have to assume the baby momma is Cathy, Aiden’s ex-wife. The second run-in was the SATC movie where the stumble into one another in Abu Dhabi and they shared a passionate kiss while Carrie was married to Big and Aiden still married to Cathy. But the lack of continuity and flashbacks AJLT fails to incorporate is another issue by itself to serve as the connective tissue amongst the original series, the films, and now this series-would be very beneficial to thread the plot lines

I wanna see Kathy confront Carrie about the Abu Dhabi kiss.. I’d assume she knows about it. Hell.. something like that would’ve certainly come out in marriage counseling.

I might be wrong but I’m Pretty sure Carrie’s place was also on the UES. Feel like she and Charlotte would talk about their proximity in the OG series. Miranda’s place was on the UWS. Aiden has 3 boys. And yes they bumped into each other in 2nd movie , then they went out to dinner. They ended up kissing after dinner saying goodnight but was a passionate kiss. She freaked out after that.

Aidan is going to go back to Virginia becsause of Wyatt/ he's going back to his wife. He's not facing reality right now, demonstrated by the fact he won't go into Carrie's, i.e. their, old apartment..He's definitely not offering to buy the apartment with Carrie.
