@@ScootyPuff_Jr Mark amps’ EQ knobs are preamp EQ, as in “before pre-amplification”. It adjusts the tone of the guitar before it gets sent to the preamp gain stages. Which is why treble & gain are the primary knobs & bass & mid are less effective when the other two are up above 4-ish. If you want to EQ the sound *after* the preamp stage adds gain, use the GEQ or put one in the effects loop.
