The sending of event S-2220 continues to be mandatory, however, those who will monitor the failure to send this event will be the Labor Tax Auditors and not the Federal Revenue Tax Auditors, that is, the S-2220 event is labor and not social security;

Toxicological Tests will return to e-Social, however, we still do not know whether it will be an OSH event or not nor the rules inherent to this sending. We must wait for the MOS - e-Social Guidance Manual to be updated;
It was determined that Toxicological exams must be carried out at least every 2 years and 6 months, in addition to admission and dismissal;
It was determined that the laboratory that will carry out the toxicological tests must be accredited by ISO 17.025 (General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories).
