Staying here on 2nd-4th Sept, by far this is the best hotel i've stayed at, I book deluxe room with a tower view, room with 180 degree view at the corner side, maybe you can try this type of room for your next visit, but this type of room is very limited especially on weekend.

I was debating to stay in Grand Hyatt or banyan tree, but your video persuaded me to stay in the Grand Hyatt (cheaper, too). One question: does the pool have a bar, and if so, does it serve food like burger/chips?

Hey man! I am glad the video has helped! We initially wanted to book Banyan Tree as well but Grand Hyatt KL offers the best view of the Petronas Twin Towers, hence our choice! And for the pool, it does not have the "sit in the pool" kind of bar but they do have the PoolHouse that does serve food!

I personally prefer Grand Hyatt, but get the club room. Service top notch and club room free flow drinks and food at certain timing. EQ is just a more modern hotel haha

When we arrived, can we park our car at the parking lot before check in?

Hey! Thanks for the questions! If you mean at the drop off, then I do not think so, but the car park is accessible once you enter the drop off! But if u meant the carpark, I believe so! If not there will be a couple of people at the drop off to help you out if you need. Drop off is also quite wide, at most you could ask them if you could park there for a bit to check in first. haha Hope this helps!
