guys i have a theory that the next update is an end update: 1) leaves - leave - to leave is to end your stay - END UPDATE 2) the end dimension is 99% stone (to be precise endSTONE), unlike every other dimension 3) if it's a lodestone then they might be adding a new respawning block for the end update, like the overworld with beds and the nether with anchors, but it'll be using lodestone mechanics since the end is focused around traversing and teleportation

I always hated the "but the modders do it quicker" people. But at this point the only way to keep the game fresh is to mod it. I've been through 10 updates and the last 3 have been indistinguishable. That is three WHOLE updates. Remember when stuff like 1.13, 1.14, 1.16, and 1.17-18 was the norm? Ah, 2018-2021. We keep getting random ahh new items with niche uses. We want 5 new recipes that use diamonds and gold, not one that uses 5 new minerals

For those watching after the snapshot: They added "wildflowers" (white/yellow flowers, placed similar to pink petals) which generate in birch forests and meadows; leaf litter (those dried up leaves, also placed similarly to pink petals) generate in regular forests and dark forests; leaf falling effects from regular leaves (though rare/infrequent compared to the cherry effects) lodestones are now WAY cheaper; and there is a new "warp" pig variant for warm biomes (the cold biomes keep the old pig).
