I'd like to suggest moving the silage pit to the methane tank and removing the water tank. More room to manoeuvre around the greenhouses. Buying water at the sell station costs 1 pound for a 1000L and is way faster.

Yes daggerwin, do silage bales. Get a round bale wrapper combo and an auto stacker for transport. Store them close to the methane plant and can just lift them in with the wheel loader. Time to do new crops, get a planter and open up the access for other crops. Sugar beet can also ho through the methane production alongside the silage

G'day mate another great video. Just an idea might be time to get into cattle. You don't need TMR just feed em hay and use the slurry and or manure to keep the methane plant producing. Plus you have the bonus of milk 👍

If you're producing more cloth than the Tailor Shop can process, think about adding another Tailor Shop - they only produce 1 pallet of clothes per month. With 3 sheep pens your Spinnery should be able to supply 2 Tailor Shops.

Daggerwin, you play they way you want and we will watch. How about getting the Lizard Subsoiler and plow each field before sowing (seeding) NO WEEDS. Save on Herbicide and doing so would be organic by chopping the crop when harvesting and plant oilseed radish after plowing. Save on both herbicide and fertilizer.

I would build another silage pit closer to the methane plant. Cut that grass, bale half of it for the sheep, and the rest goes into the silage pit. Cut whatever else you have of grass and place it in the silage pit. Sell your other pit by the greenhouses. Mark off a plot of land and plant trees. Buy a bigger loading trailer and sell the smaller one, and that first lorry off. Buy a second combine Harvester.

Move the pit right next to the methane silos. Then you can dump the grass into the pit, and when its ready use the loader. So much more efficient. Making things efficient and easier is the key to success. It triggers my OCD, you and chainsaw both have the greenhouses so you have to drive around them to fill each instead of the tanks right next to each other lol. Anyway, just a suggestion, you do you.

You should take the farm that owns the forklift at the store to buy the land between you and Chainsaw so you can build road connection to both farms through it so you dont go driving back and forth grass fields to get to and from the store.

you should try using a fermenting silo for the silage creation, removes the whole front loader part...dump grass into a silo and pump out silage...super easy and quick. also, you can use the methane with stones and water to make gold.

As far as who is in front, who is winning etc, that is foolishness. It is like trying to pick the winner of a Nascar 500 race on the twentieth lap. A lot can happen, money is tied up, mistakes are yet to be made by both sides...It is anyone's game until checkout time. That said, Chainsaw is doing very good, but he could be doing things better too. He seems to have settled in to a routine where you seem to be hitting a growth spurt. In the end it doesn't matter though, you are both enjoying the game and making great videos. I am loving this series from both perspectives.

Now with 3 sheep encosures you're gonna be producing more wool than 1 spinnery can handle. Migth wanna get 1 more at some point, then you'd need a 4th sheep enclosure to keep the 2nd spinnery running 100%. Then with 2 spinneries running 100% you should have enough fabrics to keep the tailor running 100%.

Buy another field. Only use it for grass and silage. Buy big tether and rowers and bailers make silage bails store next to methane plant. That is if its worth the cost. You have the plant already why not make it efficient. Win lose or draw it's about the fun you're having and keeping use entertained. I think you need to restructur your farm, I would buy lot 55 move all the green houses there and maybe add another big one as they are a constant income with little time/effort investment, also give up on the water tower you'd need to fill up 900+ times to make it worth it, it's so much cheaper and faster to just go to the shop and refill it there, about 1₤ per 1000l, so 32₤ per trailer load and it fills in one go, move the Fiat plus a tanker there and it's a easy 5min job to start the episode

Dagger, I am enjoying watching this series. So please take this as constructive, not backseating. Please look into the more “advanced” productions, similar to the tailor shop. Look into the bakery, which has a 3-6k profit margin over selling the raw ingredients, or the oil mill. Or even the grain mill. Watching you alternate between sorghum and soybeans for no reason other than they sell well and grow quickly is frustrating, when that sorghum could be turned into flour and make about 1k more than the raw product. Soybeans are fine, i just feel like you could be doing better. Heck, buy the furniture shop! It takes 750L of tree to make 1KL of pallets, then 1KL of pallets makes 1.4KL of furniture, which 1KL furniture sells for more than 1KL of pallets. Avoid the trap of trees to furniture though. Its about 1.1 or 1.2KL of trees per 1KL of furniture.

Let me ask you something, Daggerwin; why are you leaving space for sheep to reproduce? You are trying to maximize wool production, why do you care about baby lambs? Likewise, in any other scenario I agree you want separate tankers for different things. I mean, who puts milk in a slurry tanker? But this is the one exception, it is a game, you are trying to maximize profits to win a competition...I suppose in your case the prime concern is making videos, I get that. But things like equipment sheds and paved yards are a waste of money. Grow some cotton, my friend! Get that clothing production maxed out! And that wood is making you serious cash, why would you let it sit idle?

@@Malike420 It's an investment that could more than pay off if used right. Look at the money he is throwing away on useless upgrades, like the new lorry. A cotton harvester, another spinnery or two and another tailor shop, convert fields to cotton and keep buying sheep. Sell off all the other equipment. Chainsaw is spreading himself thin and isn't really doing much on any one thing. It is a good strategy for long-term income, but he is not going to make a killing doing what he is doing. I believe he will win this through pure efficiency and doing things the correct way, but I also believe he could be easily beaten by focusing on building an empire on any single thing, be it silage, cattle, sheep, whatever...
