The competitiveness between Merab and Irakli quickly dissipates, giving way to a tentative romance told through longing glances. And Irakli being the reason Merab smiles throughout the film gives me life. And an astonishingly gentle scene between Merab and his hotheaded, recently-married brother David emerges towards the end, I love that scene too. I'm so glad to have found this gem of a film.
