"Anda Paratha:
A popular Pakistani breakfast dish. Flaky, buttery paratha bread mixture of plain flour egg , spiced with cumin, coriander, and chili. Served hot with a dollop of butter and a side of chutney or raita, perfect for a satisfying morning meal."
Ingredients:
1- 1 cup plain flour
2- 1 egg
3- 1 cup of milk
4- 2 gree chilli
5- 1 medium size onion grater
6- some leaves of coriander
7- 1 teaspoon cumin
8- 1 teaspoon chilli flacks
9- 1 teaspoon salt
10- quarter teaspoon black paper
Instructions:
"In a bowl, mix together salt, chili flakes, black pepper, cumin seeds, crushed green chilies, coriander leaves, eggs, and milk.
Make a smooth mixture.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and spread it evenly.
When the paratha is cooked on one side, flip it over and cook the other side.
The paratha is now ready. Serve it hot with pickles or tea."
