আপনার এই পুরনো ঢাকার ঐতিহ্যবাহী তেহারি রান্নার রেসিপি follow করে ২ কেজি গরুর মাংস ব্যবহার করে তেহারি বানিয়েছি প্রথমবারের মতো। সবাই খেয়ে বুঝতেই পারেনি যে আমি প্রথমবারের মতো তেহারি রান্না করেছি। সবাই রান্নার খুবই প্রশংসা করেছে। আপনার রেসিপি এক কথায় খুবই অসাধারণ।

For spice mix: - 2 cinnamon - 8-10 cardamom - Half nutmeg - Joyotri 2-3 piece , small - 15-20 whole black pepper - 4-5 clove Grind in a small grinder Meat: - 1 cup mustard oil - Onion 1 cup - 2 tbsp ginger - 1 tbsp garlic - 1 kg meat - 2 tbsp yogurt - 7-8 green pepper , sliced in half - Salt Rice: - 3 cup rice ( chinigura is used on this recipe) - 6 cup hot water - 1 tbsp powdered milk - 2-3 tbsp kewra (for fragrance, or less ) - 9-10 green pepper, whole - Salt Preparation: Wash rice and strain 1. Heat up mustard oil 2. Fry onion 3. Add 2 tbsp ginger paste 4. Add 1 tbsp garlic paste 5. Add meat, add spicy mix, mix 6. Add yogurt, pepper, salt 7. Cover and cook on low- medium heat, water will come out. 8. Cook 45 mins on low heat, stirring occasionally making sure the bottom doesn’t burn 9. 45-50 mins later, water will dry and oil will separate 10. Take the meat out Step 2: 1. Add the strained rice into the oil (same pan) 2. Add 6 cup hot water 3. Add salt 4. 1 tbsp powdered milk 5. If a bit extra salty water than it’ll be perfect after cooking 6. Cook on medium high, once water is drying up, stir the rice 7. Add 1-2 tbsp kewra Joel 8. 9-10 green pepper, 9. Then lower heat at low, cover and close all hole for 7-8 mins. Rice will be drying up more 10. Add the meat 11. Mix rice and meat. 12. Cover and Keep on low heat for 10-15 mins

ভাইয়া আপনার রান্না বরাবরই অনেক ভালো হয়। কি যে বলব, আমার মনে হয় যেটাই বলি অনেক কম বলা হয়ে যাই।আপনার রান্না এত ভালো হয়, আপনার উপস্থাপনা এত ভালো হয় মানে সব মিলায় একদম ফাটাফাটি। আমি যেদিন আপনার চ্যানেলের প্রথম ভিডিও দেখছি ওইদিনই আপনার চ্যানেল টা সাবস্ক্রাইব করে দিছি। আমি আপনার রান্না, আপনার উপস্থাপনা,আর আপনার ফ্যান হয়ে গেছি।আর ওই প্রথম ভিডিওটা ছিল সঠিক নিয়মে বেশি স্বাদের ব্রয়লার মুরগি ভুনা। আপনার প্রতিটা রান্না দেখলেই আমার লোভ লেগে যায়। দেখলেই ইচ্ছে করে খাইতে। সবকয়টা রান্না এত ভালো হয় এতো আকর্ষনীয় হয়। এক কথায় অসাধারণ।

ভাই আপনার রান্নার স্টাইল, প্রেজেন্টশন আলহামদুলিল্লাহ অনেক সুন্দর। অনেকদিন ধরে বাংলা ভাষায় কোন ভালো কুকিং চ্যানেল খুঁজছিলাম। আমি নিজে যেহেতু রান্না করতে জানি, কোন দেশি চ্যানেলই পাচ্ছিলাম না, যিনি আমার চেয়ে ভালো রান্না/প্রেজেন্ট করতে করতে/ওনাদের কাছ থেকে আমার শেখার কিছু আছে। এখন আপনাকে দেখে মনে হলো, আমাকে শেখানোর ক্ষমতা আপনার রয়েছে।
