How did Google know that I was watching this video from Andeli company today that 3 hours later I get this video recommended? Am I being spied on by Google googley? To be honest, it's a great 5 in one welder, and the demonstration is very good, however the person talks too fast, I cannot tell if it is English lingo or Chinese. I've had the welder 3 weeks and... thanks to this video and other Andeli simplified tutorial videos, I am so happy to have this welder. 🙂👍

I bought one one year ago and it worked only for a week or so. it is a fairly simple design but nevertheless there is no warranty whatsoever so if something goes wrong you are on your own

I have bought one of theseTIG-250PL machines, it arrived yesterday. Seems well built, but is much harder to use than the video shows, there is a big learning curve. I have spent the whole day to try and get a good weld, but have not had much success. The welds I have tried are 1mm mild steel, 1.6mm aluminium, 0.8mm stainless steel, 3mm aluminium. I have watched the video several times and followed the instructions carefully, but my welds are nothing like the video welds. I have been very careful to make sure that the metal pieces are very clean and bur free as well. I guess I will try again tomorrow.

@@dimz1a No MMA on this machine AFAIK from conversation with the sales rep... I specifically asked for a AC/DC TIG model without MMA, without MIG, without cleaning, and she suggested this model (a few weeks before it's launched into the market).

TIG-250PL does not have a LIFT TIG function. TIG welding of TIG-250PL is all HF

Don't buy Andeli, unless you are willing to loose your money. Mine arrived two and a half months ago faulty. I still cannot get replacement, neither my money or spare parts. £700 just thrown away. Have bought it at AliExp. AliExp is not much help either. For £1300 I could buy a proper TIG with same range of functions locally here in the UK, supporting local industry too. Think twice before buying. In the end i just wasted £700 and still will have to pay for new machine with proper warranty and support. Do not make my mistakes!!!

high frequency only applies in ac, at 50 amps you are supposed to be welding something thin, well the more you raise the frequency you will have a narrower arc, that is, more concentrated and less penetration if you lower the frequency you will have a more expanded arc but it penetrates more, the sound of the bow varies according to the higher frequency it sounds like a mosquito the lower the sound will be uglier

It is hardly coping with hobby use. My machine does not work at all, AC cold, 4t and DC pulse modes do not work. Only basic TIG functions. Bad purchase. Add another few hundred dollars and buy proper machine

Hi mate i brought the andelli 250mpl welder and when i go to use it as soon as i get about 25mm from the metal it starts to arc without touching the trigger and if i use cold pulse it starts ok and when i let my finger of the trigger it keeps pulsing i have to turn the machine off and back on again to stop it, i have email to andelli and they said it was normal did you have any trouble with yours piece of crap as far as im concerned

There is 2T and 4T operation. Maybe it was on 4T - push let begins.. push again and let.. and it finishes. Also there is a time setting to still go on a bit after you practically stoped it from the switch.

Can you please explain cold weld and how it different from you demo of tig pulse.... i see with cold pulse the current is very high 170A .8mm but tig pulse set 70A for .8mm aluminum...please explain cold time...what is this how it diffent then tig dc pulse... what diffent in the welder between cold weld vs pulse tig ..what happening in the welder circuit in this mode is more percise timing rust of the pulse discharging
