@@serg360 ладно заточить, длину в 3мм выставить, на отдельном куске подготовить нужно, чтобы на конце вольфрама отражение своё было видно. Ток настроить по нарастающей за 1-1,5 секунды до рабочей (чтобы не сжигать) и на затухание от двух секунд (как на нержавейку) да газку поддать 😁 Учись студент, мы это горя повидали лет 20 назад 😁

Ага, кстати. Не варю аргоном, но даже я знаю, что точить стержень при заточке держат параллельно плоскости вращения диска. И наварить с порами это видимо показатель скила😂

Сварил на троечку. Нужно было поставить прихватки. А так левую сторону стянуло по зазору , к бабке не ходи. Нужно было вставить временную вставку в зазор, слева, чтобы прихватками зазор не стянуло. Потом удалить. Вылет вольфрамового электрода нужно делать меньше , да защита аргоном слабая. Всегда нужно по сварочному шву на алюминии и сплавам проходить второй раз, чтобы из шва выгонялись газовые включения, поры. И шов делать более товарным. Всем сварщикам рекомендую книгу, "Электротехника для сварщиков". Чтобы не тупо сваривать, а понимать химико-физические процессы при сварке. Да и теплопроводность металлов нужно знать, как таблицу умножения. То , что выложил, хорошо, есть с чем сравнивать. Дерзайте, мой юный друг!

I would not have chamfered the sides of the metal as it is too thin you could have used that as part of your molten pool. Also your amperage was set too high hence the splatered look of the weld. Turn the amperage down and build up your molten pool then feed your wire in whist carrying out a circular motion to move the molten pool. Then back of the amperage ( with foot pedal) as the molten pool becomes wider as that is just the aluminium heating up. For aluminium i keep all things for aluminium only and change everything out when welding steel. Stainless steel wire brush , wet n dry , and a rub with acetone. Plus you should keep a grinding wheel or at least a part of it for sharpening tungsten for different materials that your welding. Keep it up and apply all the tips you get, it will make you a better welder.

the special point about tungsten electrode tip sharpening (preparing): you should take tungsten electrode parallel with direction of rotation, it cause electron motion become easy and without obstacle. vertical lines will be created by perpendicular with direction of rotation will create obstacle against the electron motion.

Электрод точится не так, риска должна идти вдоль электрода а не поперек, в идеале полировка, вообще это основы сварки, это то что в первую очередь при обучении объясняют)

Absolutely horrible 1st off learn how to sharpen your tungsten 2nd soak that nasty thing in acetone for like a day or longer 3rd run your torch over area to be welded to heat it up and sweat out impurities 4th go slower to blend the weld into the crack verses stacking on top of the crack 5th when you find more impurities and you will just heat n blend without filler 6th soak that dirty filler rod in acetone as well for a month 7th use a SS brush, go ahead and soak that in acetone as well 8th learn how to weld. Hope this helps

Friend, see @TIG TULA (Ivan). the weld should go down and form a metal fusion there on the first pass. You didn't clean the parts from dirt, so there is a lot of smoke, the weld is boiling and there are a lot of pores. Learn and you will succeed. I am also learning.

Maybe a nice carbide Burr would do a nice job ,you could clean it and bevel it all at one time , you need to get something to rest your torch hand on so you can keep consistent and not constantly dipping the tungsten in the weld

Прихватки не поставил,из-за этого слабую сторону увело внутрь,ту,которая слева была,электрод сразу же мокнул,в середине сварки видно что он разслоился,из-за того что большую очистку поставил. одни поры в шве,ну и электрод заточил очень плохо.В общем неплохо для самоучки,но такое выкладывать нельзя,даже если тебе угрожают террористы

Моё почтение,но вольфрамовые электроды для тиг сварки так не точат,камень должен набегать на остриё при заточке ,должна быть риска вдоль электрода но не так как вы заточили,дуга постоянно будет плясать.

Jak widać z filmu, wciąż są tacy którzy nie wiedzę jak prawidłowo ostrzyć elektrody do TIGa. Elektrodę powinno się ostrzyć na sztorc, aby wzdłużne rysy ułatwiały odpływ elektronów w kierunku spawanego materiału.

Зачистка конечно важна не спорю и то что сверлом он чистит в принципе нифига плохого, но прикольно конечно, я не думал о таком способе😆. Режим пульс, так то можно и без него в принципе, но можно и так че такого та. На мой взгляд, я хоть и не профи, мало тока в следствии нет провала вообще. Вольфрам точу на алмазе, длинна заточки равняется примерно двум диаметрам электрода. Готов выслушать критику, дабы улучшить свои знания в этом деле. Всём удачи 😁😁😉

5:56 uses a HF step bit as a carbide bur haha lol im king of cheap but piss on that spend 10 and get a carbide bur just spin on a wax candle to stop alum sticking in the fluts. thanks for sharing

Чтобы внутри не варить достаточно обратного валика. Грязь, поры в шве. Зачистка ну так себе. Направление заточки вольфрама не правильное. Поиграться с настройками и можно за раз проварить, только снаружи. Ампераж больше нужен. Короче смотрите канал @TIG TULA Иван научит.

You must used a Stainless Steel brush to prepaid the aluminum, brush, brush, brush until you feel a tugging on the brush now it is ready to tig the aluminum. Never use a grinder to prepaid aluminum for welding. This was done by a amateur. I been Certified pipe fitter welder 1973. I know how to weld. Sounds and looks to hot for welding this item. But you get what ya pay for. Must be a farmacator.
