I so get this, I lost my dad when I was 18. And I'm 49 now, and still don't think I've ever properly grieved that loss. . Life can be pretty heavy and great at the same time.

@@lennarthagen3638some don’t fully allow emotions for a number of reasons…all valid. That’s why people grieve differently. For some…they need more time, for others it might be PTSD …or even CPTSD… everybody is different.

This is an example of how far Howard has progressed as an interviewer. He has always been great, but now his interviews have more permanent substance instead of in the moment theatrics and shock value.

This country treats emotion as if it doesn’t exist or at least it’s not supposed to. I think the USA is in the need of psychological education. In my opinion, the whole bloody country needs to heal. We are human beings, not unfeeling robots!
