Yes, I agree. There is an article in 'The Atlantic' that reported the brazen, underhanded tactics the Trump campaign is using against journalists and others. The Trump campaign is going over journalists' social media accounts in an attempt to find dirt or embarrassing material on them. They are ready to use what they find in the event the journalists were to write an unflattering/truthful article about Trump. It's an attempt to intimidate/silence journalist, and punish them for reporting the truth. Here's the article and an NPR audio interview with the author of the piece. www.theatlantic.com/magazine/archive/2020/03/the-2020-disinformation-war/605530/ www.npr.org/2020/02/11/804811544/journalist-details-brazen-ways-trump-will-use-his-power-to-get-reelected

AC is not really a reporter in this position. He is a commentator. Once reporters start attacking politicians, they lose ant appearance of neutrality and, thus, become unwelcome by anyone unfriendly to their tactics. Once that happens, their career is over. That said, they often do need to ask the questions that skip the BS answers and obfuscations that are so common today. Trump should be presented with the evidence that shows he’s full of crap when he ignores the truth.

That is the most emotion I have ever seen out of Anderson! Spit that truth sir!
@thedebatemechannel47464 жыл бұрын
Meanwhile the American people have no emotion at all. We have gotten to extreme levels of corruption mean while the American people are asleep. Then you have the delusional ones talking about the election. We're driving a car that's on fire and you guys are talking about oh just wait until we get to the mechanic shop he's going to fix us up real good. Car filled with gas in flames on the road and you're doing nothing but talking about what you're going to do when you get to the mechanic shop. Apparently the American people have forgotten what a crisis is and how to respond. Maybe because of Donald Trump and it's fake border crisis that just like the American people he said he could take care of over a longer period of time. That's not how crisis Works. Crisis requires immediate action.
@AmbyJeans4 жыл бұрын
Debate Me! Yes! I'm wondering wtf is up with my fellow Americans. The apathy here is so extreme. Everyone is just lying back and taking it. Even people who don't support Trump still just say they just don't want to deal with politics. As though it were a simple inconvenience rather than an extremely important issue. Did they put sedatives in our food or something? Seems like everyone is just sleep walking on this.
@thedebatemechannel47464 жыл бұрын
@@AmbyJeans it is probably much worse than you realize because I started a group to get people together to hopefully inspire people to take action and be engaged and every single time I post anything that even hints about taking action I get crickets. So get this. You can say whatever you want that doesn't mean you have to actually do anyting but people are not even willing to say or support the idea of doing something. So for example people can simply say yeah we should all unite and stand up against this. Then don't actually do anything. People are so passive that they won't even do that. Not even fake activism. All they want to do is comment about it. I don't know if it's something about social media that has changed us psychologically but it's really really amazing. The next thing is it's really like some mental condition because people will look at you and say what can we do. As if we've never had a struggle before. For hundreds of years we have stood up against corruption and that is why we are such a great nation today. Even in recent history we have done so much to make things better but for this matter no one has any clue about anything at all that we can do other than vote. It really is like we do have some kind of condition. The Trump fans say it's Trump derangement syndrome but it certainly seems like some kind of syndrome. I would actually want to hear what a psychologist thinks about the apathy in this country. Because when you get to the point where your brain can't even recall recent events in history like Hong Kong like Puerto Rico like around. It's as if their brains somehow are subduing even recent memories of things that you can do.

Cooper got it wrong again as usual. It took me about an hour to do my own research to prove him wrong. Obama was in on it and wanted Valerie Jarret to have his Senate seat but went through back channels to get his point across but when Blagojevich didn't get offered the position he was asking for he refused. The Governor was to pick the person not Obama. Anderson do your homework. Valerie Jarret went on to become a top senior advisor for Barrack and Blagojevich got the shaft to an overly abusive prison sentence for not appointing Valerie to the Senate. Blagojevich would have made the best Presidential Candidate the Dem's had in 2020 until they railroaded him. Judicial Watch is still being slow walked for the communication records and documents of Obama's involvement in the sale of his own senate seat but Blagojevich got fed to the lions when Obama took the low road on the down low but his involvement was documented in a phone call kzbin.info/www/bejne/nqGUoZmVbJKCpas kzbin.info/www/bejne/hV7Om3iDmKeiopY kzbin.info/www/bejne/jHuQqqR7oK-Dfrc kzbin.info/www/bejne/bmOmoaR3rMh6ors kzbin.info/www/bejne/h3XRnnmef7x0kM0 kzbin.info/www/bejne/gGqTeGiiYrWJgJo kzbin.info/www/bejne/qabCo4ihha9pn9k
