I always loved Chris too. He had of way of connecting with his viewers. It was personal. He’s Italian and they are loyal. Sorry he crossed the line but nobody worth watching has filled that time slot and Maddow is now only on Mondays so I found better use of my evening. Chris was the one I watched. Chris and Don. I miss Chris Cuomo tremendously, i miss how straight forward he was, regardless of what’s happened to him defending his brother isn’t a crime , as the saying goes” blood is definitely thicker than water’ obviously the powers that be may not have a relationship with “ their brothers, siblings “ for that matter As a mom& grandma I pray all goes well for him & his family. Perhaps it was just time. We all have people, places & things that are just for a season or a few seasons, and his season on CNN ran out. He was not fired for defending his brother. The problem had to do with using his CNN contacts to do so. Had he not mixed the two, he would not have been fired. Apparently, it is one of the rules of employment at CNN. I guess he tried to get other employees at CNN involved. You must make sure you have all the info right before making judgments. They also made sure he did not report on his brother’s scandal to avoid any conflict of interest.

The fact that they fired him is just indicative of the kind of network CNN is. CNN is bold when it comes to beating up its guests, but not bold enough to stand by its reporter.
