Also a masterful rapper? Also a masterful composer? The only thing different with this performance was that he incorporated more choreography to Am I Wrong, and he had the background singers in front with him instead of up top. He didn’t just start incorporating dance moves after Silk Sonic…he always did. Go look up a performance of 6 Summers…there’s choreography throughout.

Most people just see him as the guy playing along with Bruno, just ask regular folks. Anderson is a very special talent. The kind that I grew up on. The natural talent and musicianship he posesses thats lacking in much of the music today. I love artists that can do it all and can put on a helluva show and never dissapoints.

I promise it isn't lacking, you just haven't heard of it yet (or aren't paying attention). Off the top of my head: fka twigs, the marías, daniel caesar, little simz, sampa the great, tash sultana, raveena, tame impala... many of these people write & produce all or most of their music, play multiple instruments, choreograph and/or creative direct their own music videos and performances. There is still true artistry around, you just have to go a bit below the surface

@@consumervouchers I understand your point. In my view AP’s music is a fusion of different styles but is rooted in traditional R&B/Soul which is not the case for many of the contemporary singers. Its a sound reminiscent of the 70’s-80’s music I grew up hearing and still listen to.

But I hear people shit on the "music today" too often and honestly it isn't fair to the many artists working their ass off and breaking ground. So don't say talent is lacking when it isn't and then get mad when someone tries to give you suggestions that prove otherwise lol listen to those artists or don't man, it is truly your loss
