Most rap songs have a clear flow. You know, something along the lines of Intro, Chorus, Verse 1, Chorus, Verse 2, Chorus, etc. The thing with Paak is that it just feels like one conglomeration of majestic sounds. This is one of the most beautiful albums I have heard in a while. It' s relatable. The beats are soul-possessing. The best part is that it's talent. None of this Rich Homie Quan type bullshit where 1) You have no idea what they're even saying and 2) It's about some stupid shit. No, no, no, this rap is the type of rap that could potentially rival Kendrick Lamar some time in the future.
