What makes the bar so crazy is the double entendre since it introduces a large amount of complexity in such a dense space, and it also threatens violence which is good in battle rap. This bar asserts his dominance since he has powerful friends who are willing to kill for him (which is dope), and they are armed and in position to take Anderson out if Ghast requests it. Also, the mention of sniper scopes flows very well in the rhyme scheme and also adds more complexity, since the presence of snipe scopes implies that his friends have the accompanying snipers. Guns are extremely difficult to get in the UK, and so even a pistol would be impressive to have, but Ghasts friends have fucking sniper rifles. This sort of “oh well A makes sense with B and A would imply that B exists, but also the same could be said about B’s relationship to A” solidifies the bar in creating a sensible scenario where each detail fits incredibly well.
