i think this is the 1st time i was sort of ‘ahead’ of the Captain and Pete.. hehe :P I’ve been watching D’Angelico closely lately, and i saw the new Bob Weir sign model video a couple of weeks ago _ what a cool guitar. And the guy…..Damn. respect ! i love his Bedford sign model. it will probably be one of my next guitars. thanks for the video guys ! ps: i reckon Pete will add that orange one, to his arsenal, soon, hihihi.

I recently bought a D'Angelico Excel Tour SS--great build quality but I really don't like like the Supro pickups. Far too hot for this type of guitar. I'm sure some people will like them---but they are not for me.
