This session was brilliant. You are an inspirational artist. Also I love the way you give such great insights into the way you work. Paired with Jack who is such a brilliant keys player who has such a sense of humour.... Gold. Thank you. Keep up the great work.

Rachel & Jack, you guys inspired me in getting the 707 & now have about 20 Songs made, but have no idea how to get all 8 tracks with sound onto a DAW like ableton so I can save each song as a WAV. Did you post a noob tutorial on how to do this anywhere?
@AppAxis4 жыл бұрын
Jack is very good at making EVERY guest feel welcome. He deliberately pretends that he is NOT the expert that he truly is and his self deprecating sense of humor relaxes the atmosphere. Andertons is lucky to have him. #JackforPresident
@brunovalente20774 жыл бұрын
No this guy doesn't really is expert at anything, you may believe he is pretending not to be for the sake of the channel but if you realize the questions he makes are completely annoying and out of context. Never asks nothing constructively. It is the second video I see from this channel and both didn't got more than 20%, don't even understand how Rachel K Collier agreed to this. whatever!!
@cds81373 жыл бұрын
Indeed App...completely agree. Jack is a brilliant keys player and session artist. He is trying to present questions as a layman to illustrate a point. Bruno.... I have no idea what your point is, but completely annoying and out of context... does apply to your comment.

jeff duponte 2 minutes ago (edited) I am not a live performer. I am a home recording type. Is there anybody out there that can unpack this - "There’s no way to automatically string clips together into a full song or arrangement, so no way to export full projects" Many reviews in one form or another state this about the 707 but I don't get what that actually means. After you finish recording your tracks (clips/ parts or whatever you call them).. You cannot put them together? (as a complete song) Or is it just that you can only play each section in real time to some other outside device or format?
@CSW82 Жыл бұрын
This is an old video and the 707 has had a few updates since. You can group multiple clips into scenes and then chain the scenes to form a 'song.' So it can be done now but it takes a bit of planning/organising which can be frustrating...

I don't want to go through a computer anymore I was planning to buy an Analog Rythm MK2 and an Analog Four MK2, as well as a Roland MC 707 and TR 8S and for the bass line a mam mb33, this way I will have a varied sound palette. This is a great video. I'd never heard Rachel before. She's great. Love her energy. I've been on the fence about whether to buy one of these since before I bought the MC-101. I was torn between the two and ended up with the 101. I wish I'd bought the 707. Don't get me wrong. The 101 is fantastic. But you will most likely yearn for more after a while. I've watched a ton of videos on the 707 and this is the one that clinched it for me. Watching her explain it to Jack was even further enlightening about the capabilities of this beast. I just ordered a used one off of Reverb about an hour ago. Now I am going to be checking my email every ten minutes for updates on the order. Lol. Love watching Jack's videos too. He's one chill dude.
