Anyone can please translate poori ingredients that grandpa added. I'm Tamil so couldn't understand some ingredients he mentioned in telugu

In oil Mustard, cumin, curry leaves, ginger, haldi, (u can add mirchi paste here also fry it n then add the remaining things) then add onions, carrots, wait for 10-15 mins with closed lid, add peas, tomatoes, add sengapappu or Bengal gram, add boiled potatoes with water , (here also u can add mirchi paste), wait 5-10 mins. Lastly need to add Bengal gram flour water mix in the curry... Then wait 5 mins after mixing... This is the recipe translated from the telugu video to english.. hope it ll helpful to you... add salt also they haven't mentioned that...
