Andhra Style Veg Pulao is a very nice and unique recipe which you can find in the local food shops in Andhra Pradesh. This is very different from the regular pulao we make and there are so many whole spices that go into this recipe, which makes this very flavorful. This is a one pot dish that can be made with a special masala paste. So you can make this pulao really quickly and enjoy for lunch or lumchbox too. I made it today, and the taste was good. The only issue I found the result was dry Pulao. I think the 2.5 cups of water is less, need water double the quantity 1.5 x 2 = 3 Cups.

Hello Kalyan garu, normal veg pulao chala simple ga chestaru chala places lo. But andhra lo particular ga konni mess lalo, roadside bandi lo chuste meeku ee style pulao dorukuntundi. Full masala vesi different ga chestaru, especially in villages. Anduke aa peru, not to offend anyone 😊🙏
