Eh, I can't even think of one fashion designer who was well-dressed all the time except maybe for Tom Ford. You don't have to be gorgeous yourself to be have creative and gorgeous ideas. I don't think you realize the cultural impact this man had , he literally was making decisions at vouge which at the time of Vreeland , Mirabella and Wintour at their height decided the fashion direction of billions of dollars in jobs , consumer spending and industries . This man was very relevant and his impact will still be remembered until today .
