Buffalo holds a great mystery for those who can read between the lines and understand symbolism and the occult. The mosaic floor of the Ellicott Square building is a huge indicator as well as the Freemason symbols and signature on alot of architecture. All these places point to the OLV BASILICA built by Father Nelson Baker. That is the true gem of the mystery !

Self professed "urbanists" either the armchair variety or from academic credentials are being rendered incorrect since the pandemic started in 2019 when it comes to the desirability of large urban spaces. In regards to high buildings being built on the waterfronts, this recent tragedy in Surfside, FL where a high rise collapses on the waterfront will make people think before they take up residence in one of them. Gentrification of waterfronts is a good thing as seen in a few river cities along the Hudson River. But most urbanists overlook these places because they aren't what we normally think of cities because of their small size and population.
