thanks for the information. i have all sorts of trouble with this as a type 1 diabetic and await multiple abdominal surgeries including a pancreas transplant. I had no idea autonomic neuropathy was progressive and originally thought it was from breaking my neck.

He did not mention if you can stop it from getting worse or spreading to other organs by controlling your blood sugar.
