He's more of a guard/wing than a forward. Personally point forward refers to bigger guys who play the 4 liked dray, diaw, cwebb, garnett. Tbh the sf position should just be called wing since they're hybrid between 1, 2, 3 and sometimes 4. Then just call power forward only "forward."
