I believe this was the very 1st winning season for the Texans. They just missed the playoffs with a 9-7 record. I remember this season very well. I still remember alot of the players on that 2009 team. We had the best O-line in the NFL.. they were so good, Steve Slaton became a 1000 yard rusher that season.

I was in high school and i remember thinking Houston wasn’t going to go into Nashville and win. Tennessee was coming off a 13-3 season the year prior and the Texans had just gotten blown out by the Jets in Mark Sanchez’s first game the week before. When Collins fumbled at the end I got so amped I broke the TV remote bc I stood up so fast! It was one of those nice remotes too, my dad taught me an expensive lesson that day..
