He showed up a few minutes later by himself in jeans, t-shirt and sweat jacket. He blended in with everyone else around him. Very low-key quiet guy with a warm smile and a kind demeanor. The interviewer ask a few questions, he shyly answered the questions, signed a few autographs, shook a few hands and took a few pictures with fans. The way you learn to run like Devin Hester, is, you are the littlest kid on the block, but you're fast, and nimble, because piling on is obigatory if you are tackled. Like Devin, you learn to use instant snapshots of the field to plot your course through the momentum of people bigger than you are. That's pure physics, and it worked just as well in the NFL, provided you also have elite blocking, which Devin had as a Bear.

Maybe the scariest weapon in nfl history. Single handedly changed the game in one season. With kickoffs being eliminated, we’ll probably never see a returner like him again. THEY ARE WHO WE THOUGHT THEY WERE!

People seem to forget he was the reason why the NFL is different today because the way kick off been pushed forward And we get less returns for touchdowns 👍 The greatest kick returner and put returner of all time 💯

hell no they reduced the amount of returns because special teams had (and still has) by far the most injuries out of any phase.

Coaches would direct the punters not to kick to Hester - out of bounds or whatever. He was a game changer for special teams. A pleasure to watch!!
