Andre is the perfect example of why the Hall needs tiers or sections. Imagine what he would have done with Brady, Peyton or Brees. The fact that he has such amazing production with the QB/O-line play that he was surrounded with bumps him up a few levels.

He’s my goat wr.. he never said a word on the field in a era of diva wr’s. Dre was better than all of them and didn’t have to tell you he was. He never complained about anything, stayed loyal to an expansion franchise, not a single weakness in his game. He’s a freak of nature like your Julio, Calvin types and was just as technical as a Larry Fitzgerald or Ochocinco with his route running, had amazing hands, could make catches over multiple defenders, he was as strong as a TE, he had the high end speed. Top 11 all time in receptions and receiving yards and did that playing 6 years in the worst situation on a bad team with no offensive line, no quality secondary wr’s to take pressure off him, David Carr as QB and the rest of it with Matt Schaub who was more so just a system qb. This man has 4 1,500 yard seasons with those qbs. He’d be talked about with the likes of Moss and Rice if he spent his career with Brees, Brady or Manning
