I used this exact video 5 years ago to learn to sing opera working late nights at a cheese factory in high school. I was playing the lion in a school musical of Wizard of Oz and they wanted me to sing opera, and I remember the feeling of belting this song at 8pm on a Tuesday night alone in the factory. Yes, "mortis" changes the meaning of the lyrics quite drastically: blessed is the fruit of thy death (mortis), Jesus vs blessed is the fruit of thy womb (ventris), Jesus. Jesus is the fruit of Maria's/Mary's womb, not her death.

Still a sinner, but not quite as "evil" as the rest of humanity. Christ and God are one, as determined by the Monophysite-Miaphysite divides and Chalcedonians whom all finally settled it for their descendants. Unless Mary supercedes God by being God's mother.
