A friend of mine used to hurt herself in her sleep all the time and the doctors told her to film herself for a few nights and then watch them back, and she stopped doing it. Apparently it helps the brain process what is happening and flips some sort of off switch. It's weird science, but it worked. 🤷‍♀️ Love that the 70s is swinging back around again, such a great era, and you look lovely in the color palette!

That was a good laugh. Welcome to Amsterdam! The yellow dress! The details make it and you look lovely in that colour. So not a robe person, but this one is gorgeous, the colour makes it. As for the retinol, grrr, I want that one but they do not sell it here. Normally I pick it up there, but that is not happening any time soon. Thankfully we are both still working ( essential services) but are dealing with a modified work schedule and find ourselves with time at home. Scrabble has been our daily competition! I have to yet win a game... ha ha ha

I have the .2% retinol from the Ordinary and then the 1.5% from Peter Thomas Roth. I use the .2% one evening and then the 1.5% the next night. My face is normally super sensitive but for some reason it has not dried, peeled or turned red from retinol. At some point I might just switch to the 1.% Ordinary retinol and use that every night.

Hello to home!!! Aw gosh what I would give to be back there right now :) I did shop at shein while in Vancouver and I do remember paying the tax when the package arrived but I can't remember how much or the details. Shipping time wasn't horrible though! Hope that helps :)

@@re555 oh my goodness, I feel for you. I had some neighbors who would film porn in the laundry room and storage unit spaces in an old complex I lived in. They always had some sanitizing crew go completely through all the building's main areas afterwards, so the management refused to get rid of them. It was a wild year!

I recommend the "Sacred Lies" series on facebook watch. There are 2 (unrelated) seasons. I bingewatched the 1st one and the 2nd one is even better. It's ending next Thursday. :( LOVED it!! Hope they do a 3rd season, but it's unsure yet. I really think you'd like it too. :) There's also a "community" group made by the creators, where we comment the episodes and people share their theories and ideas. We get to interract with the writers and actors.. It's fun. Love the robe, looks great on you! Haha, and you guys are like in Friends now, with the naked neighbour. 😂Stay safe😘
