I send Version 1 out roughly 30 days prior to the wedding, and I send updates out weekly leading up to the date. I have also moved the format to a Google Doc, which is immediately and always updated.

You are amazing! I am a new wedding planner. I have been coordinating functions at a restaurant for years but I know weddings are where I belong. This has been so helpful because I do not function without lists and organization. Question about the Numbers document... what do you export that to? I' good with all Apple products and software but I am new to Numbers and it looks like you seamlessly exported it to look like a Keynote doc or PDF. Thank you!

I love all of the Apple products, and I export them to a PDF. I have had couples request that I send them an Excel spreadsheet, and recently I've been using Google quite a bit because the link is evergreen and allows me to change information quickly and easily.
