The difference in three years. The kids have grown so much. Hannah running around and talking up a storm. Thomas got his second bathroom. One of the sweetest ladies in all the world has moved upward and onward to be with the Father. Change can be wonderful and heartbreaking at the same time.

Hi Tom. I've been watching old dinner videos looking for the conversation you and Andrea had about you remarrying. I don't know if you know this but at 12:47 Judah reads a viewer comment, "Someone said we should name it Hannah." You guys probably didn't hear him but I wonder it that had anything to do with you naming her. Love your videos. You are doing a great job! One of these days I’m going to catch this live! I adore Frances Chan - and his mega church is close to where I live. Have you watched Andy Stanley’s Brand:New series? I think it’s 4 or 5 episodes. Really fantastic about moving away from the temple model and being concerned about the vertical versus the horizontal. I think you would really appreciate what he says.

Hi Andrea I’m just curious I have heard you refer to toms daughter Mileena a few times in your videos.. does he have a child from another relationship? If so.... wow that means he has baby #10 on the way!

Tom was married briefly right out of high school. When his marriage ended, he tried to get custody of Mileena. Ultimately, his childless aunt and uncle adopted her and have raised her almost her whole life. She's always known him and what her relationship is to him, but she hasn't legally been his child since she was a tiny girl. We hope to get to form a closer relationship with her now that their family has moved nearer to us (they lived in California until recently.) I didn't meet Mileena until the day before our wedding. (She was one of our flower girls.) She was 3 years old, I think.

Does Asher suffer from social anxiety? My grand daughter does and never attended a prom or high school function.

I don't know if I'd call it social anxiety so much. (Tom's daughter Mileena suffers from that, which is why we still don't get to see her much.) Asher is just like my grandpa was. He loves being with people and socializing... as long as he doesn't have to leave home to do it. :)
