Countdown to Christmas ║ Mills Family Christmas │ Large Family Vlog

In this video we're making plans and getting to work preparing for Christmas while trying to keep our focus on giving to others. It covers about 2 weeks of preparations. We're still homeschooling during this time though it's not shown in the video. Our next video will be of my shopping day with all 8 kids followed by another video counting down the final days until Christmas.

I decided to re-watch Andrea's Christmas videos. They bring me comfort even though I only know Andrea through KZbin she touched my life and I truly miss her. I love hearing her soft voice but also how organized she was and how well thought out her Christmas plans were. I also enjoy seeing the children. She was always so patient and kind with her family and everyone. She was taken too soon from her family and all of us that watched her channel. ❤❤

This may be helpful when shipping packages. In lieu of foam popcorn and air filled plastic I use washed, empty soft drink and water bottles. Fills space, lightweight and repurposing.

I love how both sides of the family have so much to do with each other, like Andrea's sister bringing Tom's mom a present. I love that. A lot of my inlaws are like that. Yes, she was actually in this video. (Tom was married briefly right out of high school. His wife left him and it was quite traumatic. When his parents decided to leave California and come to Wyoming he felt like he wanted a new start and came with them. That's when we met. Tom's aunt and uncle raised his daughter, Mileena, and she and Aunt Suzie spent the night with us while they were visiting from California.) When we were cutting out snowflakes she was on the couch. (She didn't feel like making snowflakes.) That sections starts at 57:33.

Yes, he spends his days out on appointments taking care of customers so he misses out on a lot of the day to day activities. He stays home in his office on Wednesdays, which allows me to go out to the library, shopping, etc. but then he's not with me again. We don't get much video of our evenings which is when he's with us.

I SO wish God would've blessed us with more children!! We have 3. I had a difficult time carrying each one. Almost lost them. But I was blessed with 1 boy who is 30, 2 girls, 1 is 21, and my baby is 18. We also have 2 grandchildren so far. My 21 year old is engaged, so we should have more in the future.
