A beautiful song superbly sung. I just came across this performance. I "came out" in May 1968 with my first partner. We were a couple for eight years and remained close until his passing in 1996. I loved him so much "it hurt". I still love him to this day. A straight friend once remarked "there is no stronger love than the love between two men."

I LOVE this!! Thank-you guys for sharing it with us all. I noticed a couple comments about the John Barrowman/Daniel Boys live versions (I know of two on YT). I don't like to say they are better - but they are my favs. But this is a close second. :) I so enjoy hearing (and watching) different renditions. The song if you people bothered to Google it, is not about gay love (though it can be taken that way if two men sang it). It's originally from the musical Chess and was sung by two of the musical's female characters. The song is about a guy who had a relationship with each of them.
