Really relaxed groundhandling is what I like too. Thanks for the inspirational video.

This video is seen all arround the world, even in the south hemisphere. Please tell us the month of the retreat. If you say in Spring, for me is from September, till December. Thank you Andre and Gemma! Always loving your videos!

Hey Andre, love your videos. Where is this particular one? What country? I have no idea where you are flying from... Thanks

Possibly the cutest sneeze on youtube. Watching you guys always makes me want to go out and do some ground handling... then I remember how lazy I am and it passes... ;)

My takeoff weight is around 85kg. Do you think i should go for size S og MS (up to 85kg or 95kg) on the Geo 5/6? I know Swift 5 likes it at the top, is the Geo also like that?

Andre, thank you for posting this vid, I am contemplating paragliding but only weigh 56 kg, will ground handling be problem for small people?
@AndreBandarra14 жыл бұрын
Not necessarily. In paragliding the wings are matched to the weight of the pilot, so you can just find a wing that works for your weight

I really need a old harness for ground handling without bumping my reserve each time I sit dow! Which is the light one you are wearing there?
@AndreBandarra14 жыл бұрын
It’s the Gin Yeti but we don’t recommend it really. Trying to find a good gh harness on the market but we might have to design our own
@heyitsalanhere4 жыл бұрын
@@AndreBandarra1 Just wondering why you don't recommend it ? Reason I ask is that I've just bought a used (hardly) one but I haven't flown with it yet.
@AndreBandarra14 жыл бұрын
@@heyitsalanhere I think fine to fly but not great to groundhandle for long periods of time. the straps are too think and screw up your groin.

hey Andre, i have a question. Is a paragliding licence reqired in Portugal?
@AndreBandarra14 жыл бұрын
As far as I’m aware a license isn’t required in any country other than Switzerland. However it’s highly advisable.
@12vibaba4 жыл бұрын
@@AndreBandarra1 ok thanks. i am a licensed ppg pilot since 2006 and tandempilot since 2009 (trike and footlaunce).i fly about 75 hours per year. i just don't want to do all the nessesary flights and examens again for flying without the motor. just go on holliday and throw the paraglider in the back of the car and go.
@AndreBandarra14 жыл бұрын
@@12vibaba Yeah, i think that's fine everywhere to be honest :)

Would be great if you could give actual wind speeds instead of just strong/light. Not being a coastal flyer, it would be good to know how strong is strong or too strong on the coast.
@AndreBandarra14 жыл бұрын
Light is 10-15km/h, Strong is 30-35km/h

Thanks Andre, maybe i should consider one of your ground handling courses.
