I don't agree with commission doing that at all they should have told him before he come out on stage that he couldn't wear stuff. But what people are missing is you have to be over a certain weight to fight at heavyweight. They were making sure he didn't have anything in his pockets to weigh down or in the socks . It's just as important as being overweight.
