If those guys become the sages of this game it would make perfect sense that you'll be able to make echoes out of them. Basically like the spirit summons from TotK except way more convenient.

I think the jewelry is just to signify the leaders of each tribe, however the necklace that Ganon has is part of his design from A Link to the Past which they took and gave it a refresh for this game.

If they do Remake Ocarina of Time they should Remake Majora's Mask as well it only makes sense.

they would probably definitely do a majora's mask remake after doing an ocarina of time remake after that's what happened with the 3D versions of the games. like there ain't no way they could remake Oot & skip MM that wouldn't make sense & been an odd move. plus both games are to linked to each over especially as MM is the direct sequel to Oot.

On the map we can already see picture of each town and there is not seem to have a town in Hebra Mountain sadly. Also it would been weird to show all tribe, except the Rito one. It's not a big thing like the marketing of Tears of the Kingdom hiding the Depth. But yeah I have still some small hope ahah.

SNOW MOUNTAIN AREA YESS!!! I hope we have a Herba equivalent in this game, I loved that area so much! And just snowy areas anywhere in general in games hehe

Tri says her friends are trapped in the dungeon. Perhaps everytime we rescue one we get an extra triangle added. So maybe 4 dungeons then if that is the max number of triangles

Ocarina already had a remake on the 3DS. I'd love to see a... Revision of the original two games combined into one.

It was a remake, yes, but it was more like bringing the game up to modern standards (as of 2011). I think what the OP was getting at was a "true" remake, perhaps one that finally incorporates a lot of the dropped ideas. (We know beyond all doubt OoT was supposed to be a much larger game than what we got). The idea of doing a more open world approach while also being yet another remake of OoT could be interesting. Personally, I don't see it happening. But I certainly wouldn't be against it. Be neat to see the medallions used as magical spells like originally intended. Having a proper wind- and ice-themed dungeon. Maybe flesh out a lot of the half-baked ideas (like actually let us beat the Running Man, or made getting all the Skulltula tokens worthwhile). There is a lot that could be done.

Why are you calling the mountain range in the North Hebra? It was Death Mountain in ALttP? Just because there is snow does not make it Hebra. Eldin Volcano is not called Death Mountain in this game, so its likely that mountain range is still called Death Mountain. Remidner that Death Mountain was not volcanic in ALttP.

It’s possible it actually is called Hebra, because region names change a lot, but I agree about it most likely being Death Mountain as well.

Nah, that area is just called Eldin Volcano. It's been proven beyond any amount of copium you may still have left that this game is absolutely NOT taking place in the same world as AlttP, So I'm not really sure why you keep bringing that up. It's also not Hebra because it has nothing to do with BotW. It's already been made clear through the Traversing Hyrule trailer that this is the Eldin region. This game is just a mashup of names, locations and similarities to other games. Get over it.

@@tatecheddar I think you're wildly mistaken. Eldin Volcano Is to the west on the map where kakariko village and Goron city are in echoes of widfom. It's a new mountain that wasn't in or wasn't accessible in the alttp map. I wasn't calling the mountain range to the north as Hebra,the guy in the video was because it's snowy. But it's not been called that anywhere I've seen. I don't think you understood what I was saying. The mountain up north isn't new as it's the same mountain albeit snowy as the one in alttp. And it's not copiumn to say the following locations from a alttp have been shown to be close if not identical (other than new buildings or absence of buildings) Alttp had: - Hyrule Castle - That area with small rocks to the right. - Eastern palace - Lake Hylia - The links house is - The area to the south of this where the drainable ruins were. - The sanctuary - The graveyard - The entrance to the desert is where it was in alttp. And I don't meam these places exist because they share named with previous Zelda locations. I mean their topography as seem in the videos and on the map on those videos is identical. But you can see none of this? Did you even play ALttP? I hacked the Zelda ALttP ROM in the ROM hacking community for 10 years in the 2000s, I know it and it's map better than most would you tend to when having played that games 30 times in your life and having stared at the map editor Hyrule Magic for ten years. There's also be numerous people who have noted the similarities between the map and alttp.

@@tatecheddar We’re talking about the cold mountain, which is in the same place as Death Mountain in ALttP. I can see how our wording was confusing though! We’re saying Hebra in the north-east is Death Mountain, not Eldin. Hebra Mountain was also the Japanese name for Light World Death Mountain in ALttP.

I have about 30 games for the switch and this will be only my second first party nintendo game. Lol. I've been devouring the indie scene. You can get 3 to 6 (even up to 10 or 12 games on a good sale) for the price of a nintendo game. Ive been playing a game called phoenotopia and the quality is amazing and the game is huge! Im 20 hours in and maybe a quarter of the way through the story. Im really excited for this zelda game though.

An Ocarina of Time remake would be an excellent surprise announcement for Switch 2 but I wouldn't get your hopes up. This game is based in the downfall timeline, and its not like all these Ocarina of Time references (e.g. species) would just cease to exist due to the downfall timeline. It comes after Ocarina of Time but people for some reason act like post Ocarina games and Ocarina games aren't connected. Ocarina splits off into everything else, so it would impact ever single timeline. I appreciate your analysis on these clips though, and like to see the Ocarina references.

Oh shit the game did get leaked guy!!! I would recommend watching Nintendo primes video and how to prevent yourself from getting spoiled.. The echoes of wisdom Rom is official. I’m waiting till the game comes out though
