Holy, that condo is fire!! One tip: I would definitely protect that beautiful table with a polyurethane varnish matt. You wont see it but there is protection against water and stains.

Just buy a battery powered light for that little storage room, it can last many hours, and if you don't use the room that much, you'll only have to charge it once a couple months. It's plenty bright for a small space like that, especially since the walls are white there. Cheap and easy fix

the double door from your bedroom to the walk in closet is to help mute sound for whenever your partner is using the restroom or taking a shower. Also at 8:54 do NOT handle light bulbs like this, the salts and oils from your skin will damage the bulb and cause the heat to concentrate. This can significantly reduce the life of the bulb. I did however enjoy this video and your home is VERY beautiful and inspiring!

Surprisingly you can use peanut butter to fix water stains on wood tables . Let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes. Then wipe off. The oil of the peanut butter restores the wood.

The rubber leaf would take a while to grow, which is not ideal for that corner, I would suggest buying a more medium/larger size so while it grows the space looks fantastic for the next few years.

Be careful with getting into the renting business, keep in mind nobody takes care of your belonging as good as you can, people can be extremely disrespectful and messy with rentals. Loved the tour, your place has a really cozy and peaceful vibe.

dishwashers are so much more efficient than hand washing. if you're hand washing for time saving reasons, i guess that makes sense... but if you're washing more than 2 dishes, the dishwasher will save you money.

Looks slick. Nice work! If youre looking for chair recommendations - check out the haworth fern. It's by far, the most comfortable chair ive ever owned. I got one for my office at work and now I am buying one for home. I much preferred it to the herman miller options. The digital knit fabric is the best. Don't get the extra lumbar support though - the chair's shape supports your back wonderfully on its own. I'm not sponsored by them or work for them or anything, just love the chairs!
