Schoenberg(Theory of harmony) let's suppose I go to a music lesson with a teacher who teaches me the whole book, let's say I can do everything that this book says. Ok,so... What can I do, actually? Strange harmonies in the post-bop style,weird progressions etc or somthing also weird but in classical style? I will become a conscious composer of any genre or just one,specific ?

I meant "Satan and Adam" movie....not "Stirling and Adam" movie. You'll find out in the movie why one of the guys is nicknamed Satan. Anyway it's a great movie about a couple guys playing the blues in Harlem and the "roads" they went down along the way.
