@@edmichaelalobog8886 the numbers don't really credit him yeah, but considering how quickly he was out of the league-- he truly played hurt during the championship runs. That alone doesn't get enough credit, any other guy in today's NBA would sit out games or even an entire season. He didn't need to contribute offensively because well you have Prime Kobe and Prime Pau, but to your point: Bynum wasn't there for 2008 either, and we all know how Boston smashed LA. Bynum played a key in clamping Howard in the Finals and the following year in a 7 game series against the very team they couldn't beat without him prior. He complimented Odom and Pau extremely well somehow, when in today's NBA you rarely see two big men on the floor at the same time, let alone two 7 footers!

The importance of Bynum in what? If you're referring to the 3 Finals and 2 championships between 2008-2010, Bynum has very little to do with those since he was always injured or just coming off an injury. Bynum didn't truly break out until after those championship runs, and unfortunately it was short-lived because of his injury-proneness.
