I really enjoyed the interview! Just a small note-Mark should be cautious when discussing ADHD and weight management. He mentioned that people with ADHD burn more calories and can easily lose weight, but there’s no evidence for this. In fact, research shows that individuals with ADHD are actually four times more likely to become obese than those without it. Despite the perception of hyperactivity, studies indicate they tend to be less active, have poorer diets, and higher BMIs. I know Mark’s intentions are good, but it’s important to share accurate information, especially on health topics.

Yeah, research shows almost no one can lose and keep it off, though you have a better chance if you just put on weight as a young or middle age adult.
