Rachel being reminded to smile, because that makes her more relatable and proves her optimism while signalling she is on the side of the British people. These people have no clue about growing the economy and creating wealth. I'll bet if they ran into themselves in 6th form their politics wouldn't have changed one iota. The fact is wealth is leaving this country at an alarming rate, which will force the government to grind down people barely making ends meet with higher taxes. Anyone who runs a business who can't afford to up sticks will then be forced to look at who they can lay off, rather than employ, just to stay afloat. BUT if the next few years of hell is what it takes to finally wean the 'Equality of Outcome" addicts within the electorate off their impossible dream, it may be worth it.

We are at the beginning of a new economic cycle, inflation is pretty stable, The cost of energy is much cheaper than it was despite this recent increases. And some of their supply side reform on house building, and on energy could give the economy in the medium to long term.

The Tories need to go back to traditional Conservative values but modernised in such a way to have relevance to both older and younger voters.
