A bit too try hard. But Andrew's sheer bartending skills and style is definitely impressive. Not sure about the effects of throwing the jug around - I guess, there is very little "stir" effect [you can try it by putting two different colored liquids into a bottle and throw it around - the centripetal force will keep it almost unmixed] - but it is a great show - without being a stupid flair.

Tricky question, you could argue that it was neccessary for Thomas as there was no real consumer base, and that his work has made it unneccessary for such antics today. Maybe I was a little harsh, but if youre giving something your "Soul" would you rather do it like that, all but slapping the customer in the face with a penis shouting look at me, or with quiet swift professionalism that only the best can give, like the top japanese bartenders.
