I’ll never forget bringing home Feel So Good in 1977 and being mesmerized by the whole thing, the music, the pictures, the dudes nicknames (Charles “Meat Man” Meeks, “General” Grant Geissman etc)…..and that name: mixed by Mick Guzauski. I just knew that was a DUDE. And here I am at age 60, a musician and mixing engineer myself, just GIDDY as I hit play on this interview!!!!!!

Daft Punk have prob made a lot of money from being sampled by Kanye, synch licensing and also touring. They prob just didn't blow it all and had enough to make the record.

Mick is waaaayyy up there in the Audio engineering hall of fame. He is incredibly intelligent, but instead of treating everyone like they are not he assumes you are just as smart as he is and gives you the benefit of the doubt. Thank you sir but I am not haha 🙏
