What a fantastic tribute to Al. The man was such an inspiration, it's wonderful to hear some of the stories from behind the scenes from guys who got to meet Al and work with him and who became friends with him. If you consider just how many really great engineers it takes to do ALL the music recordings done by Al, these folks, and the ones they reference who have passed away, the truth emerges that yeah, it really does take only that many people to cover that many recordings.
