I am a 31 year old man. My first long term relationship, with a girl who I thought I would marry (first time ever I had that feeling), ended a couple of weeks ago. It ended because of different things, most of what I did or did not do. But the love in me was so real. Can't even explain it. And I was not able to even show it hot her to prove it as needed. Of course, I felt unappreciated at times (never not loved), felt useless in her presence, made her be ashamed of me, there were differences, could not give her what she wanted or needed. I still probably can't. My situation would not be sad for others I guess. There are many girls in the world. But, when a person who shows you real love and real thoughts of a future together and you can see it too, but it ends, it really makes you think. How did you lose it. I guess most people have their own timeline. You can go through things that make you think even at age of 50. Things that shock you. The best idea is that, no matter what happens, you have to look back what you learned from it and try to be better next time around. Like a basketball game. You always watch what you did bad last game to see how to improve in the next. It is never too late to learn. You just have to do it. Otherwise, as the video said - if you don't learn then you will fall in a pit of sorrow forever. I learnt the hard way by losing the best girl I ever knew. But hopefully, the next time around will be better. So stay strong, men and women here. Just learn, because it is worth it.

Very cool video A month ago, I ended a five-year relationship. My soulmate made the decision to walk away from me, and even though I've done everything in my power to get him back, I can't help but feel disappointed because I can't see my life with anyone else. I want to say that I've tried everything to stop thinking about him, but I simply can't. I miss him so much and I don't know why I'm saying this here.

I learnt the hard way that saying goodbye to someone you love is difficult when a 12-year relationship ends. But I was unable to let him go, so I made every effort to get him back. I eventually sought aid from a spiritual counsellor, and he was able to assist me in getting him back.

It’s crazy that I walked away from a girl that knows I was perfect for her but she was not perfect for me and I gave her a chance and she fucked it up but also I have to take some blame in things if I did my part accordingly but the point being said is I left and when she got a new man I didn’t flinch I said ok congrats and now she has a family with him, then I blocked her and don’t say at all, yet I still see her around then 2 years later I show up to a family party and I’m different from when she last saw me I’m in shape now I have a new haircut, I have new tattoos new motorcycle and everyone in the family said hi and everyone likes my new look and people see the amount of status I have and guess what the her new man noticed that everyone wanted to talk to me and he kept steering at me, now that I saw her again after that party now she’s single with 3 kids has no job because she’s a lazy bitch and doesn’t do wife duties even with me she didn’t do those things and I’m guessing either her new man is mad that I’m on a hype train or she still loves me and he knows that or that he left her because she ain’t perfect for him or all of the above 😂 but now I’m free and have many women to choose around and I’m going to bring a girl to show her that I’m doing better than her

All these aggressive, powerful, or money driven guys are in the past! Guys need to focus on (issues) not violence. Masculine men care about human rights. How do you feel? Guys from Iraq can relate. Constant promotion of individual and collective egotism and narcissistic tendencies talked about as if ego dependency attachment, disempowerment to others desires and such self abandonment to one’s essential and authentic nature, is some kind of goal or prize! 🧐
