Guys like him (and myself) often start off thinking that’s the way to go, but in time you get reality checked. By round 3 you are exhausted at those rates. I sparred 11 3-minute rounds today believe me, experienced fighters simply eventually learn to manage that energy or you WILL pay in later rounds to the more knowledgeable and patient fighter.

Why do you assume no one has fought? It’s incredibly popular and common these days with martial art gyms in most suburbs. Why does this myth prevail? Doing martial arts is no longer badass, everyone does at least one. Make it to the UFC or a boxing belt or stfu you aren’t a legit fighter

He has never beaten a good fighter. I honestly promise you, do kickboxing for 2 years, take some fights, and win a belt in an organisation and you too can claim to be a “world champ”
