This is so interesting! The "Descender" is breathtakingly beautiful (my apologies for using the word that's been obviously overused), fresh and luscious. The sound (the vocals and orchestra (!)), the lyrics, the concept are dream like and so original. (I'm a huge fan of Miike Snow and have always admired their independent creative spirit, but the "Descender", actually, in my view, surpasses MS in its conceptual originality, and you can't beat this *living*, breathing sound of the orchestra. Though it's probably unfair toward MS to bring this comparison in here, because the genres are quite different. But both are simply outstanding.). And I wish the film would be 2 hours long, not just over 8 minutes. Your commentary, Andrew Wyatt, is very insightful! Thank you!

I love him. Modern day musical genius and he really knows how to put on a show. Saw Miike Snow at Pukkelpop in Belgium, his dance moves are insane.
