Made these and they were a huge success! A bit labour- intensive but well worth it and fun to make. Made 38 for four people and they disappeared in no time!

The key ingredient is Sichuan Peppercorn(Hua Jiao), which is probably the most UNDERRATED spice in the world!

Thank you for sharing your fun and recipes with us. Stop confusing us every two days with or without a beard. Admit it that some are older videos but always interesting. You look much better without the beard but if beard makes you much comfortable it's up to you!🤩🤩🤩

Definitely putting this on the list to try out. I'm in New Brunswick. The one in Canada:-) We get really nice local scallops. What do you think about minced scallops instead of shrimp?
