hey man your vlog gave me a little motivation, i'm a physics masters student and i plan to do my PhD in particle physics, but I've been feeling pretty demotivated for more than a week now pending some work and research ( and not trying to contact my supervisor xp) but listening to you talk about physics and stuff made me feel less lonely xp, and now I shall hopefully do some research tomorrow on this two higgs doublet model.

This is the first of your videos I've watched since starting my PhD program. It was really encouraging to watch your videos while applying and it is no encouraging to see what the next few years will look like (roughly). I know the first year is often busy but with classes, TA duties, and all the required courses for new students not to mention cobid I have only been into the lab twice this quarter 😔

If you're taking a graduate course on GR, I strongly recommend David Tong's notes on the subject. I honestly believe they are way better than his QFT notes, and I feel genuinely privileged to have been in the lectures they are based on
